Discussion topics are proposed by noctokers in the form of a #tag. Missing a topic? Propose it.

Every proposed tag is open to voting. Thumbs up, thumbs down, everyone has their say. The top of the ranking is available in the tags menu to see which topics are competing for the next promotion.

Every day, new tags can appear and the latest arrivals scroll right before your eyes as soon as you open noctok.

A topic that's too specific, sometimes that means being the only one wanting to talk about it. From launch day, several broad themes are there, free and open to everyone. Enough to always find a shared topic by widening what you're up for in the moment.

On the safety side, any tag can be reported. A real problem found and the tag is banned for good. Some topics aren't for everyone. A tag can be marked 18+.

Looking out for younger users is a priority at noctok. #tags carrying this label are set aside and inaccessible to anyone under 18.
