This summer I told the story of how it all started with the first post "10 days of vacation to kill". The vacation is long over but I never let go. Night after night, week after week, I kept building the project to see my ideas through to the end.
It all started with a really simple wish: one evening, alone in front of a true crime show, I wanted to talk about it with someone watching the same thing, here, now, right away. Not the next day on a forum or in a string of comments where every idea quickly gets lost with no common thread.
Finding no tool for that, I built noctok.
Today the app is ready and the question that's been on my mind since the start is this: do other people have this need or is it all just a personal wish nobody shares?
Building alone in your corner is fun, getting people to discover it is a whole other world.
Pre-registration is my first real test. That's where it all begins.
